Life Changer!! I've always considered myself active but the thought of going to a gym and exercising has never been on my list of things I wanted to do. I've been lifting weights since I was 13 years old and throughout my life I've tried numerous fitness plans and worked with various trainers and team coaches – I've never seen the results I truly wanted until working with Liz and now I'll never train with anyone else again.
There is so much information about fitness available on the Internet that it can become overwhelming. One article will promote cross-fit style workouts while the very next link will tell you everything wrong with them. One article will talk up the merits of pressed juices while the next takes the complete opposite stance. The breadth of information and misinformation when it comes to fitness is overwhelming and if you are constantly pulling yourself in different directions you're not going to get the results you want. Working with Liz has enabled me to cut through the clutter and I've seen amazing results by just following her advice and training regimen. And even as Liz has a clear focus and understanding when it comes to training, she's also very attuned to her client's specific goals and is so accommodating when it comes to structuring a plan that is perfect for the individual – taking into account old injuries, or tweaking a workout program to accentuate exercises her clients feel comfortable with. Because of an old basketball injury, I have difficulty with squats, and Liz was amazing at revamping my leg workout to hit those muscle groups in a way that got me great lower body results without putting too much strain on my lower back. I've worked with trainers before who are either unwilling or incapable of deviating from their program – and Liz has time and again demonstrated such a broad knowledge of health and fitness that she can adapt on the fly and really cater to the needs and goals of her clients – it's truly an invaluable skill when choosing a trainer to work with.
Finally, and maybe most importantly, Liz truly cares about her clients and would run through a wall for them. As a client that really energizes you – and when I hit the gym and I'm trying to make it through one last set – it really motivates me to push harder for Liz – cause I know she's genuinely rooting for me and I want to go all-out every workout for her.

I began working out with Liz on January 27th, it has been about two and a half months and I feel better then ever. I have gone down two clothing sizes and am finally back jogging and living a healthy lifestyle.
